Sent n my reel over 5 wks ago. Never heard from them.
Called and was hung up on. Then when I did reach someone, they knew nothing. That was 2 wks ago.
They are to hard to reach, this is bad customer service. Just send me a new A3, and were good.

They have my reel in for repairs, and I have never heard from them. It's going on 2 months.
I wouldn't recommend them in the future. It's too hard to communicate with them.

Broken rod
I bought the meta J-36T G-man rod. 7 foot 6 medium heavy X-fast rod.
Within 2 months it snapped. I would like to have it Replaced.

Nothing fish13 does not offer part. Other forms of products have to offer service parts. Will be looking at other brands and selling all my fish 13 and never buying anything from rapala.

Broken rod
Says the number I called is disconnected. I tried to send some pictures.
Hopefully you got them. Its very hard to get in contact with you. I have purchased many items from 13 fishing. This is the first time Ive had a problem.
I have a broken widow maker ice rod that broke right before the second eye yesterday railing in a pan fish.
Im hoping that I could get this replaced. Thank you.

The inside of one of the eyes is bad; it's cutting my line. When I reel or cast, it just shreds the line. Will you fix it, please?
Drag doesn't work on my new origin R1 bait cast reel
Spooled my baitcast reel and tried to set the drag. There's no drag.
Spools freely.
Any idea as how to set the drag ? I have several bait casters and I'm very familiar with how to set the drag, so I'm thinking the reels bad
Very disappointed. With all the items l have bought through years the customer service is a joke!
Have a number to talk to somebody live. No excuse for it. We all spend to damn much money on their products.

I have a 13 Noodle Ice Pole. The cork and the bottom had fallen off, so I contacted them to see if I could get another piece of cork.
They said they don't sell that, but they offered to replace the whole rod. I thought that was very nice. I told them I could not return it because they would tell me it was more abuse and neglect. One of my clients last week stepped on the rod in the fish house and broke the tip on it.
I cut the tip off by 4 inches. They still said, 'Send it back, we'll take care of it'. I thought that was very nice of them. They wouldn't have to do that.
I'm opting not to send it back.
It's more important to be catching fish right now than mailing things back and forth to a company. Anyways, I think they're great.

I was using my Creed 13 3000 spinning reel for the first time on 12/20/24, and it experienced technical/performance issues. I had to stop using it.
